Orders to made

Order to made items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. The date is be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.

Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.

Shipping cost

All orders over $150AUD will receive standard free shipping and returns around worldwide.

Express shipping across DOMESTIC will cost an extra $15AUD (2-4 Business days)

Express shipping across INTERNATIONAL will cost an extra $25AUD (4-7 Business days) 

All orders under $150AUD will be charged.

Processing times

Our warehouse operates during business hours of Australian Eastern Standard Time 7 am-6 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and VIC public holidays.

Orders received before 4 pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed during Sale or Promotional times may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for dispatch.

Shipping restrictions

We may be unable to ship certain items to your location due to the local customers' restrictions. If that’s the case we’ll let you know once you proceed to payment.

Tracking you order

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

If you are a registered customer, you can log in to your account via the SERENDIPITY website(wanta.com), and select ‘My Orders’.

Taxes and Duties

Sales tax is calculated and added to the total of your order, after the discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address, this may change if you change your delivery address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing.

For US customers, sales tax will be applied accordingly to your state of residence.

For international countries (i.e.: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan region, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam) all duties and taxes will be added and shown on the check-out page.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, duties and taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value and displayed on the check-out page

 Please note duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD.

Signature required upon delivery

If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, SERENDIPITY and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

* At this time, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Collection from a DHL Service Point

If you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from DHL Service Point.

DHL ODD will show you the nearest DHL Service Points, so you can select which one works best for you. DHL then contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your delivery. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the DHL depot.

To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:

  • A photographic ID (i.e. passport or driving license)
  • Your email/SMS notification or hard copy Postcard from DHL.
