SERENDIPITY offers 14 days of returns or exchange from the date your order is delivered.

items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
We will not accept returned items that have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, lingerie (includes bodysuit) is non-returnable.

Full price items can be returned for a full refund.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Store credits will be processed once your returned item/s have been received, and your credit note details will be sent to you via email.

Final sale items purchased via the Last Chance category or during our Outlet Sale are not eligible for returns or exchange

Return orders

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return within 14 days, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). Follow the instructions:

  • Sign the returns form invoice included in the box with your order. Make sure you leave your package open so the contents can be checked.
  • Book your free collection

For exchange items please contact us as soon as possible to secure the new size you prefer (may out of stock). For exchanges to other items please place a new order.  

Taxes and duties fees will not be cover in the free return policy

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method or you can also choose to receive refunds as SERENDIPITY credit. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email notification once it has been processed.  

Wrong/Faulty or Missing items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately via email (customerservice@wantaserendipity.com). Please attach a photo of the faulty item and order number. Again we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it has caused. 

The private event returns policy

All orders place during private event sales will only be processed as a SERENDIPITY credit or Exchange.

Items marked as “final sale” in the event is not returnable and exchangeable.
