Where do we manufacture our garments?

Our collections styles are MADE IN AUSTRALIA. We work closely with our artisans here in Australia to support the local industry. The factories in Australia are socially responsible with ethical manufacturing practices. They are part of the SERENDIPITY family.

Will i have to pay for customs &duties?

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information please check our shipping policy page.

Do you offer returns or exchange?

Can i purchase E-gift card?
